Having worked in my family’s Tour Operator Business for the last 25 years, and with their generous support and encouragement, I took the decision to create my own independent company and I am immensely proud and thankful to have the opportunity to create Serene Holidays Ltd. I was inspired to utilise my travel experience, established travel industry contacts and degree in Tourism and Management to provide my own, tailored, family and group holidays, and corporate retreats.
As an experienced travel industry professional and entrepreneur, I aim to support tourism during these unprecedented and challenging times, for the tourist industry and travellers alike. All travel services and itineraries consider special health, security, screening, and quarantine requirements for Covid 19, both within the UK and abroad.
Our Mission
I am developing new partnerships to facilitate new packages, which can include flight, transfer, cruise, coach, accommodation, and group excursions. My dream is that Serene Holidays will be a regular port of call for anyone looking for an independent travel agent that specialises in group excursions, family holidays and corporate retreats. My vision is for my clients to take advantage of my wealth of knowledge and experience in the independent travel agency sector. During my years in the travel industry, I made it my goal to travel to as many places as possible, gifting me with an extensive knowledge of different destinations all over the world. My particular passion is to create an experience that will ensure customers return home happy, relaxed, emotionally and spiritually nourished, and eager to book with us again.
